The Administrative Court's judicial decisions are appealed

The Administrative Court decided in mid-March to reject the appeals of NCC and Hochtief of the awards of the two tunnel contracts under Lovön and interchange Häggvik. Both NCC and Hochtief has now filed an application for judicial review.

NCC Construction Sweden has appealed the Swedish Transport Administrations award of the two rock tunnel contracts FSE 302 and FSE 308. The contracts includes the construction of two access tunnels, two temporary jetties, ramp tunnels and main tunnels for the Stockholm bypass under Lovön.

Hochtief Infrastructures appeal is for the contract FSE62, Interchange Häggvik. It includes the construction of concrete tunnels and connections to the existing E4, Norrortsleden and the local road network. Construction
is scheduled for later this spring and construction is expected to take about five years.
