Rescheduling and cancelling
You can cancel or reschedule your test by logging in to the test booking service or by calling our customer service for driving exams on +46 (0)771-171819. This can be done around the clock.
You can also call customer service if you do not have an e-ID or need to book a theory test with an interpreter.
Remember that rescheduling and cancellations need to be made no later than 24 hours before the test. If you cancel or reschedule too late, or fail to show up for your test, you will still have to pay the test fee.
If I get sick
If you get sick, it is important that you cancel the booking for your test. If you cancel too late (less than 24 hours before the test) and can prove that you have cancelled the test due to illness or similar circumstances, you do not need to pay the test fee.
To reschedule a test, look for and select the tests you want to reschedule. In the next step, you will see the tests that will be cancelled when you make a new booking.
